The flood application is expected to be released in the early part of 2018.
The expected functionality is expected to be:
- Flood indicators for the last 30 days based on different satellite based rainfall products
- Short term rainfall forecasting (16 day forecast). Probabilistic and deterministic forecast products.
- Flash flood potential index (static index)
- Flash flood warning for the coming 10 days
- Access to historical flood related information (we are currently looking at the different potential data sources)
